To start
Homemade cream of celery, Stilton and apple soup
Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, crème fraiche blini`s, crack black pepper and lemon.
Warm salad of oyster mushrooms, bacon lardons and black pudding with mustard dressing.
Roast red pepper tart with grilled organic goat`s cheese presented with chilli and honey dressing.
Iberian ham with fresh rocket and shavings of pecorino cheese.

For main course
Our speciality, slow roast lamb Henry, served with scallion cream potatoes, roasted chateau potato and a rich roast gravy with a hint of mint.
Roast sirloin of Yorkshire beef, rare or cooked through served with Yorkshire pudding and roasted chateau potatoes.
Roast chicken breast, Stilton stuffing, spinach and white wine and chive cream sauce.
Roast cod with a Whitby crab crust and served on a cream lobster sauce.
Smoked haddock Florentine baked with spinach and cheddar cheese sauce.

And desserts
Rhubarb and ginger crumble with rhubarb ripple ice cream.
Millionaires luxury chocolate tart with toffee sauce and Chantilly cream.
Homemade bread and butter pudding with lemon curd ice cream.
Homemade crème brulee with English strawberries.
